20 years working in bike shops I've seen saddles eaten by foxes, bikes trampled by cows and tubes punctured by aliens and I've managed to fix them all (aliens honestly!)

I've lived on and around bikes since the age of 7 and owned more bikes (400 and counting) than most shops. My love of cycling and bikes borders on obsessive!

It's the little things that make all the difference.

Right now, I aim to provide a truly independent service by starting Neutral Service. I do have an opinion, but I don't have any particular product to push. I want you to ride prepared!

Neutral Service is a mobile bicycle consultation and servicing

Bike Prepared... Professional mobile bike servicing either at your home, your place of work or at Neutral Service HQ.

Bike building, either custom build from frame up or assembling a bike from a box. Builds are done at Neutral Service HQ Fitting to existing bike or sizing for a new purchase

Buy Prepared... Neutral Service is not a shop! Buy your kit online, from your local shop or Neutral Service can supply service parts. We don't mind where you get your parts, your bike.

What we do care about, passionately, is that you get the right parts for your needs, your size and your wallet! The cheapest deal is not always the best.

Event Prepared... The Pros expect race support, it is part of the deal! Why can't you!? Whether you are riding a sportive, the Nationals or a week in the Alps, Neutral Service can offer Race Support.

Neutral Service is a mobile bike servicing company. We come to you to help you ride prepared.

We work within a 20 mile radius of Dorking, Surrey at no call out charge. If we come up to London we'll bill you for the congestion charge.

The rates we charge are comparable to that which you'll find in your local bike shop, but we come to you.

We can work on site or collect your bike and return it fully fettled. Ideally there'll be off road parking to carry out the bike.
